(Campbellsport) A Campbellsport man driving on two flat tires was arrested for third offense Operating While Intoxicated over the weekend. The Wisconsin State Patrol says Kevin Heintz was on heroin as he drove his vehicle in a construction zone on Interstate 41, just north of the Racine-Milwaukee county line Saturday just after 4pm. The trooper says Heintz was continually sideswiping his car against the median wall of the southbound lanes. He allegedly admitted to using heroin at a Park and Ride in Milwaukee before trying to drive to Indiana for a poker tournament. The 34-year-old was transported to a local hospital as a precaution. He is facing charges of felony Possession of Heroin along with misdemeanor third offense OWI, second offense Operating After Revocation and Reckless Driving. Heintz is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on multiple outstanding warrants.
