(Horicon) Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse in Horicon operates with a very impactful mission: giving families the help they need following a tragic loss.
Bo Williams, the son of Bo’s Heavenly Founder Amanda Hartwig, passed away on September 4th of 2015. Hartwig noticed a vacancy in resources for grieving parents and families, so a year after tragedy, she took the initiative.
“I didn’t realize there was such a gap in our community for grief,” Hartwig said. “In 2016 in September, we launched Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse with the premise of just hosting support groups for parents in Beaver Dam.”
Since its inception, Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse has blossomed into a hub that includes financial resources, support groups, a variety of methods to honor children who have passed.
Upcoming events include the Children’s Memorial Walk on July 20. The foundation is always accepting volunteers and donations.
