(UNDATED) Wisconsin is under a blizzard warning until 4:00 this afternoon. The storm is producing one-to-three inches of snow every hour. Parts of Wisconsin are bound to get a foot or more of accumulation.
Roughly more than 15-thousand homes and businesses have no power this morning, due to heavy snow and 65-mile-an-hour wind gusts which are knocking down trees and power lines. The hardest-hit county appears to be Washington County, where one outage map shows 87-hundred homes and businesses without power.
Several highways are closed due to deep snow and bad visibility. Several semis have jackknifed on slippery roads.
