(Beaver Dam) A Beaver Dam street will be shut down later this week. Officials with the city’s Department of Public Works say the 400 and 500 blocks of South Center Street will be closed to traffic on Wednesday and Thursday.
They note that the detour will direct northbound traffic from South Center Street to West South Street, then to First Street, to West Mill Street, and back to South Center.
Southbound traffic will follow the detour from West Mill Street to First Street, then to West South Street, and then back onto South Center Street.
