(Beaver Dam) A public informational meeting will be held this (Thursday) evening regarding plans by the city of Beaver Dam to install a state-mandated pond on the east side of the city. The city is working with MSA Professional Services to develop plans for the construction of the Meadow Park Regional Storm Water Management Pond. The proposed storm water pond would be located on the site of the current Minnie’s Meadow Park, east of Highway 151 near the intersection of Caroline Court and Heritage Way. The pond would be a part of a state mandate that requires municipalities to filter pollutants from storm water. City officials are welcoming the public to attend the informational meeting at 6pm in council chambers at city hall. Those unable to attend can submit questions to Beaver Dam Director of Engineering Todd Janssen. Contact info can be found at DailyDodge.com.
