(Beaver Dam) Beaver Dam police arrested a male juvenile with a gun Monday. Authorities say a 911 call was received around 4:18pm concerning an individual with a gun at Swan Park.
Officers responded to the park and the suspect fled from the scene. Following a foot pursuit, the suspect was located and taken into custody. A K9 article search was conducted and a firearm was recovered.
The department is requesting several criminal charges due to the juvenile’s conduct in the park. The Beaver Dam Police Department say there is no further danger to the public and there were no shots fired. The incident is still actively being investigated.
