(DODGE COUNTY) Meals on Wheels Beaver Dam needs volunteer drivers. The program, which serves around 20-to-25 meals per day, offers flexible scheduling. Jim Imme, who sits on the board of directors and helps deliver meals, says there’s not much time commitment.
“It’s strictly volunteer. We are really in dire need of volunteers…It’s one hour a month, not one hour a day, not one hour a week, one hour a month.”
Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 11:15am and 12:30pm.
Volunteers pick up the meals prepared by Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam and distribute them across the community.
