(Beaver Dam) The City of Beaver Dam will be installing new welcome signs. Last month, the Beaver Dam Common Council approved a proposal from Signarama in the amount of $99,720 dollars to accommodate three sign locations.
“The fabrication process will probably take a month to two months,” says City administrator Nathan Thiel. “But the intent is to locate these signs to replace the one on Park Avenue in front of McDonald’s.”
Thiel says the sign will be re-faced to include an updated logo. Other locations include next to the Kwik Trip carwash on Madison St. in the right of way, and along Highway 33, just north of Commercial Drive.
