(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Community Hospitals Foundation is encouraging local organizations to apply for grant funds. The money is available to go towards the health and wellness of the Dodge County region and beyond.
Hospital officials say all funding requests will be considered as long as they align with the mission and vision of the Foundation as well as areas identified in the 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment. These include alcohol and substance abuse prevention, behavioral health, chronic disease prevention, and social determinants of health, or aspects in the physical, social, and economic environment that influence a person’s ability to be healthy.
Foundation Co-Chair Charles Neuman says over the years, the public has generously supported the good work of the Beaver Dam Community Hospital Foundation and they look forward to continuing their support for the community with their next round of grant awards.
