(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Common Council is set to meet Monday night. Some of the items on the agenda include an ordinance amending the 2024 budget as well as an amendment to the city’s parking restrictions.
Resolutions on the docket include updating the use of up to $320,000 in ARPA funding to purchase a public works chipper truck and approving a predevelopment and consultant services agreement for Degas, LLC. It lays out the terms to reimburse Beaver Dam for pre-development work by its third-party consultants related to a potential development project discussed in closed session at the last council meeting.
The council will also go into closed session and then will consider a resolution adopting a first amendment to a developer’s agreement for Neumann Properties. The common council meeting at city hall, which is located at 205 South Lincoln Avenue, will begin at 7:30pm.
