(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Police Department has released new video surveillance footage of a missing Beaver Dam teen. An arrest warrant has been issued for 40-year-old Gary Day of Arkansas, who is believed to be traveling with 16-year-old Sophia Martin Franklin of Beaver Dam.
Authorities believe the video shows when Day picked up Franklin. Also, the department released new pictures of Franklin as well as Day.
