The Beaver Dam High School girls hockey team hosts the Metro Lynx tonight in a WIAA Girls Hockey Sectional Semifinal at the Family Center. The game will be streamed on DailyDodge TV and broadcast on 1430 ESPN Beaver Dam.
Beaver Dam (17-6-1) earned a bye into the Sectional round by capturing the outright Badger Conference championship. The Metro Lynx (8-14) finished fourth in the conference and advanced to the semifinal with a 5-0 win over Stoughton last Friday night.
The Golden Beavers won both regular-season meetings between the teams — 5-1 in Beaver Dam on January 8th and 2-1 in Verona on February 6th.
Coverage begins at 6:45pm, with the puck dropping at 7:00pm on DailyDodge TV and 1430 ESPN Beaver Dam.
The winner will face either Cap City or Badger Lightning at 7:00pm Friday night in the Sectional Final at the Beaver Dam Family Center.
