(BEAVER DAM) A new grant opportunity will help beautify local nonprofit spaces. The Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation has launched its Impact Grant Cycle.
“And those grants are going to be from $5,000 to $10,000…and those are going to be mini construction grants for Dodge County nonprofits,” says Foundation President Tom Heffron.
The money can be spent on construction or beautification projects that look to enhance the physical infrastructure of area organizations. Grant funding will be prioritized for projects that improve the durability, safety, accessibility, and visual appeal of nonprofit-owned facilities. This includes deferred maintenance, building repairs, new construction, renovations, interior and exterior upgrades, landscaping, accessibility improvements, and energy efficiency enhancements.
The grant application window opens tomorrow (Wednesday, October 1st) and closes October 31st.
