(Lomira) An Appleton man is accused of entering a number of different vehicles and taking them throughout the Dodge County area. Juan Garcia is facing several felonies including Take and Drive Vehicle Without Consent, Theft of Movable Property, and Burglary.
According to the criminal complaint Garcia admitted to taking multiple vehicles, some right from the victim’s driveway. Garcia allegedly said he entered other vehicles and took handguns, cash, gift cards, and a Bluetooth speaker.
The crimes outlined in the criminal complaint happened June 23rd through the 30th this past summer. If convicted, the 23-year-old faces 51-and-a-half years behind bars.
An initial appearance is scheduled for November 27th.
