(FOND DU LAC) One of two men convicted of a shooting death in Fond du Lac in 2017 has lost his appeal. Devon Neuman was sentenced to life in prison in 2022 for the death of 26-year-old Logan Foster outside the Press Box Tavern. Neuman contested his homicide conviction on three points Wednesday, but the appeals court denied them all. Neumann will be eligible for parole after 31 years in prison. Neuman’s co-defendant, 30-year-old Jesse Schultz, reached a plea agreement and was sentenced to 32 years in prison in 2021.
