Active Homicide Investigation Underway Near Lodi

(Lodi) The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says three arrests have been made in connection with a homicide at a residence south of Lodi. Sheriff’s officials say deputies responded at around 4:20am Tuesday to a residence on Highway 113 in the Town of Dane to reports of a battery. Investigators say a man was found dead when they arrived. The three people arrested include 20-year-old McKayla Tracy of Lodi, 21-year-old Drew Luber of DeForest, and 24-year-old Jacob Johnson of Sun Prairie; each are facing charges of felony Murder as a Party to a Crime. Sheriff Dave Mahoney said a physical confrontation occurred but would not say what led to the confrontation. The victim was the only person injured.
