(Juneau) Absentee voting for the August 14th primary is underway. Dodge County Clerk Karen Gibson reminds voters that they will need a photo ID such as your driver’s license or a passport. She also recommends checking with your municipal clerk for hours you can vote. Gibson says in more rural areas those hours will be limited. She reminds those who will vote absentee by mail that they will also have to include a copy of a driver’s license or passport when they ask for a ballot. There are exceptions to that rule for overseas military and those indefinitely confined.
