(Wisconsin) Alliant Energy was recently named to the 2023 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index for the fifth consecutive year. The Gender Equality Index is a weighted index developed by Bloomberg to gauge the performance of companies based on gender-related data. The index measures company equality across five pillars: leadership and talent pipeline, pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and external brand.
