(Beaver Dam) The Child Watch area of the YMCA of Dodge County was recently renamed at a ribbon cutting ceremony honoring the Peter J. Seippel Foundation. Chelsey Seippel, foundation president, was on hand for the ceremony. Seippel says, “On behalf of the Peter J. Seippel Foundation, I am honored to have been part of this ribbon-cutting ceremony. The YMCA is such a great asset to the community. The community is very lucky to have it and we are fortunate to be able to support it through all the years.”
Dirk Langfoss, CEO of the YMCA of Dodge County, mirrored Seippel’s statement saying, “the YMCA of Dodge County is truly grateful for the wonderful partnership with the Peter J. Seippel Foundation. The foundations impact can be seen throughout our [YMCA]. Their support allows us to reach out to more youth.” The ribbon cutting ceremony was held on July 23rd at the YMCA in Beaver Dam and included the unveiling of a new plaque naming the Child Watch room as the Peter J. Seippel Foundation Child Watch.
