9/30/17 – A Wyocena man was arraigned this week for his 13th drunk driving offense. Robert Dolgner stood mute and the judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to the felony charge this week in Columbia County court. The 62-year-old had just gotten out of prison for his 12th OWI in May and was arrested while still on extended supervision. The arresting officer says Dolgner was observed swerving from one lane to another before pulling into the private driveway of someone he reportedly did not know. Dolgner apparently had trouble rolling down his window when approached by law enforcement and denied having anything to drink before allegedly confessing to having one beer. His preliminary breath test was point-one-three (.13). If convicted, Dolgner faces up to 15 years in prison and a minimum of four years. There is court activity on the calendar again in December.
