Woman Convicted Of Bringing Drugs Into Fox Lake Correctional

7/18/17 – A Milwaukee woman was sentenced to 90 days in jail Monday for bringing drugs to the Fox Lake Correctional Institution. 25-year-old Tabitha Lepak pled guilty to one felony count of Delivering Illegal Articles to an Inmate. Lepak was driving the car used to bring marijuana to two inmates. 25-year-old Kenjala Johnson, who was also charged in connection to the case, entered into a plea agreement earlier this month to felony Possession with intent to Deliver and will be sentenced in August.  Lepak admitted to the crime, and corrections staff say they found drugs on Johnson. In addition to three months in jail with work release privileges, Lepak was also placed on probation for two years.
