(Wisconsin) The state’s General Fund is back in the black. Governor Tony Evers announcing the state’s Generally Accepted Accounting Principles has one-point-five million dollars at the end of the most recent fiscal year. This is a first since the Tommy Thompson administration. The state’s “rainy-day” fund also increased to over 761-million dollars, its largest balance ever.
