Wisconsin Department Of Health Monday COVID-19 Update

(Dodge County) Wisconsin health officials are reporting 2,883 positive coronavirus cases in Monday’s daily update. There are 41,067 active cases in the state, an increase of 529 from Sunday. Active cases make up 20.4-percent of the 201-thousand people who have tested positive to date. So far, there have been 158-thousand recoveries.

State health officials recorded 10 deaths, bringing that total of 1,788. Deaths accounted for point-nine-percent of all cases in Wisconsin while 5.2-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized. Of the over one-million people who have died worldwide the CDC says 225-thousand people were from the United States.

Dodge County has 27 deaths on record 3,945 cases, an increase of 128 from Sunday. The county had 133 negative tests returned for a running total of 28,164. Public health officials in Dodge County are actively monitoring 1,173 people while 2,056 have recovered.

Washington County has experienced 42 deaths and 4,281 cases.

Fond du Lac County has 4,124 positive tests on record, with 1,659 being active cases, and 19 deaths.

Jefferson County has reported 10 deaths and 2,621 cases to date, 597 are active cases.

There have been five deaths in Columbia County where there have been 1,718 total cases, currently the county has 597 active cases.

Green Lake County has two deaths and has 725 cases on record, 246 were reported in the last two weeks.
