Wisconsin Department Of Health Friday COVID-19 Numbers

(Dodge County) Wisconsin health officials are reporting 2,745 positive coronavirus cases in Friday’s daily update. There are 23,005 active cases in the state, an increase of 879 from Thursday. Active cases make up 18-percent of the 127-thousand people who have tested positive to date. So far, there have been 103-thousand recoveries.

State health officials recorded five deaths Friday, for a total of 1,353. Deaths accounted for 1.1-percent of all cases in Wisconsin while 5.9-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized. Nationwide, the CDC says there have been 207-thousand deaths while the worldwide death toll is over 1-million.

Dodge County now has 18 deaths on record and 2,085 cases, an increase of 82 from Thursday. The county had 333 negative tests returned for a running total of 23,526. Public health officials in Dodge County are actively monitoring 546 people while 1,145 have recovered.

Washington County has experienced 35 deaths along 2,815 cases.

Fond du Lac County has 2,364 positive tests on record along with 14 deaths.

Jefferson County is reporting eight deaths and 1,579 cases to date.

There have been three deaths in Columbia County where there have been 737 cases.

Green Lake County now has 335 cases
