Wisconsin COVID-19 Deaths Reach 750

(Dodge County) Wisconsin health officials are reporting an increase of 263 cases of COVID-19 in Tuesday’s daily update. The seven-day average is 305 daily infections. There are 25,331 people now having tested positive. Two-point-two-percent (2.2%) of the 11,500 tests administered came back positive Tuesday, compared to 3.8-percent Monday. State health officials have recorded five more deaths bringing that number to 750. Deaths accounted for three-percent of all cases in Wisconsin while 13-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized.

Dodge County has five deaths 440 cases, an increase of three from Monday. The county had 228 negative tests returned for a running total of 8,952. Public health officials in Dodge County are actively monitoring 22 people while 192 have recovered.

Washington County has seen 13 deaths with 326 positive tests.

Fond du Lac County has six deaths on record and 296 positive tests to date.

Jefferson County has four deaths 185 cases.

There has been one death in Columbia County and 70 positive cases.

Green Lake County now has 25 cases.
