The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has officially cancelled their Summer All-Star Games because of COVID-19. Initially the games were moved from June to early August but now they decided they won’t be played. On the girls’ side, Watertown girls basketball coach Matt Stollberg and his assistants, Erin Steurnwald and Andrew Woodard had been selected to coach the Division 1 South Team. Beaver Dam’s Jada Donaldson had been named to the D2 game. Horicon’s Payton Morgan was picked for the Division Four contest. Randolph’s Brianna Prieve and Fall River’s Sam Leisemann were chosen for the Division Five game.
Columbus’ Ben Emler and Waupun’s Keegan Hartgerink were both picked to play in the Division Three Boys game while Randolph’s Peyton Moldenhauer was named to the D5 game.
The games were a fundraiser for the MACC Fund and you can still make a donation in a coach or players name by clicking HERE
