Waupun Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Dealing Meth

(Waupun) A Waupun man was sentenced to serve time in federal prison for dealing methamphetamine. Timothy Savannah was given nine years and two months in prison on the distributing charges in the U.S. Western District Court of Wisconsin. He was charged in Sauk County Circuit Court last September. An undercover police officer bought methamphetamine from Savannah in Lake Delton on two separate occasions that month. The 29-year-old was staying in an apartment at the time when authorities seized more than $7,000 in cash, drug paraphernalia, a loaded handgun, and a variety of drugs during a drug raid.
