(Watertown) The city of Watertown is set to celebrate a major milestone. The city’s Main Street Program and Tourism Department along with the Chamber of Commerce are joining forces to host the Bridge Bash Downtown Celebration later this month.
The event aims to highlight the newly reconstructed Main Street bridge. Director of the Watertown Main Street Program Stefanie Broere says they are thrilled to welcome everyone downtown to celebrate alongside local businesses.
Festivities will begin at 10am on May 17th and stretch throughout the day, offering a variety of family-friendly activities downtown.
Among the scheduled highlights are performances by the Watertown High School Band and the Watertown Blue Revue at the Bentzin Family Town Square, as well as live music performances on multiple downtown blocks.
Attendees can also expect to see familiar mascots mingling with the crowd. More details about the event will be shared in the coming weeks.
