(Watertown) A Watertown man was sentenced Friday to six years in prison for sharing sexually-explicit images with an underage girl. Stephen Buske pled no contest in September to felony Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Exposing A Child To Harmful Material along with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Eight other felony charges were dismissed but read into the record. The 20-year-old exchanged inappropriate photos with a 14-year-old Green Bay girl in March. Buske also touched her inappropriately when she visited the area. Images were found on his phone and he admitted to prosecutors that he had sent and received photographs. At sentencing, Dodge County District Attorney Kurt Klomberg said these actions harmed not only the victim but the victim’s entire family and that child pornography is not a victimless crime. He added that images on the internet never go away and it re-victimizes the child every time somebody sees them. In addition to prison, Buske will be placed on probation for 10 years.
