Watertown Man Pleads “Not Guilty” To Counterfeiting

10/14/11 – A Watertown man entered a “not guilty” plea at arraignment yesterday to charges that he tried to pass what authorities called “terrible-looking” counterfeit $20 bills at the Dodge County Fair. Gerald Cappetta was arrested along with his wife after getting off the Ferris wheel. According to the criminal complaint, Patricia was identified by carnival staff after attempting to use the fake cash at several different ticket booths. They each face a maximum six-year prison sentence, if convicted.
