The Watertown High School bowling team took home the Division One Boys/Co-Ed State Championship and the Beaver Dam High School girls team finished 5th at the Wisconsin High School Bowling Championships held at Dale’s Weston Lanes in the Wausau area over the weekend.
The Beavers Karlee Albert and Sophia Rudie qualified for the 58 bowler individual meet and finished 27th and 29th respectively.
Bowling at state for Beaver Dam were; Karlee Albert, Alexis Vande Kolk, Sophia Rudie, Jennifer Bennett, Rya Sutton, Marli Laper, and Cady Lee. The coaches were Calista Janusz and Mike Monheim.

The Goslings rolled their way to 1st place with wins on Saturday over DC Everest and Sheboygan South/Random Lake. The win over Everest included a 50-49 roll off. In Sunday’s championship match, Watertown defeated Oak Creek 440-389.

The Sun Prairie East/West/Marshall/Cambridge team won the Division One Girls championship.
