In a season that came up short of their ultimate goal, Watertown Football Coach Benji Kamrath still had a lot to be pleased about. The Gosling’s, who lost to Homestead 59-13 in the second round of the playoffs, finished the 2018 season 7-4 after a 4-6 mark last year. In their second year in the Badger South, Watertown won five conference games and was still in contention for a conference title in the final weeks of the regular season. Kamrath joined the High School OT last weekend to discuss the transition from all-conference quarterback Dylan Fagerland to sophomore Ethan Pauly who was named to the Badger South all-offense second team. Kamrath also thanked his 19 seniors who contributed to four straight playoff appearances. The High School OT airs Saturday mornings at 8am on 95.3 WXRO.
