The Beaver Dam boys basketball (Overall: 7-9, Badger North 3-6) team travels to Reedsburg (Overall: 13-4, Badger North: 6-3) tonight for a Badger North Conference matchup thank you can watch on the DailyDodge.com Video Stream. Both teams are looking to bounce back from losses last Friday night. BD had their five-game win streak snapped by Waunakee while Reedsburg had a three-game streak ended at Sauk Prairie.
Junior Nate Abel leads the Golden Beavers in scoring at 21ppg while senior Broden Boschert its at 16ppg. Sophomore Ty Bunkoske also scores in double figures at 11ppg.
Senior Will Fuhrmann paces Reedsburg at 17ppg. Three other Beavers, junior Zach Bestor (14), senior Max Tully (13), and senior Carter Daniels (11) all average double figures for head coach Josh Rupnow. Fuhrmann was a 1st team All-Badger North selection as a junior.
Back on December 17th, Reedsburg edged Beaver Dam 72-68 at the BDHS Fieldhouse. Will Fuhrmann and Carter Daniels led Reedsburg with 17 each. Nate Abel had 36 in a losing effort for the Golden Beavers.
