(Waupun) Two Waupun men were arrested Friday in connection with a bank robbery in Glenbeulah. Police responded to the National Exchange Bank & Trust for an armed robbery around noon. Both men were taken into custody shortly afterwards by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies during a traffic stop. A 26-year-old Waupun man was arrested for armed robbery and possession of cocaine and a 35-year-old Waupun man for being party to the crime of armed robbery. Washington County Sheriff’s officials say evidence links the two men to multiple robberies. No one was injured during the incident.
