(Fox Lake) Three people were injured in a three-vehicle accident on County Highway A near Highway C in the city of Fox Lake Monday afternoon. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says that a Chevrolet Equinox was traveling north on Highway A when it crossed into the southbound traffic lane and struck a semi-tractor/trailer. The Chevrolet then hit a Toyota Camry that was following the semi. The female driver of the Chevrolet was flown from the scene by Flight for Life to UW Madison. The male driver of the Toyota was transported to Beaver Dam Hospital and later transferred by ambulance to UW Hospital in Madison. A male passanger in the Toyota was first transported to Beaver Dam Hospital before being flown by Flight for Life to Madison. The male driver of the semi was not injured. Names are being withheld pending notification of family. Assisting at the scene was Fox Lake Fire and EMS, Randolph EMS and Fox Lake Police. The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
