Two Charged In Hustisford Burglary

(Hustisford) Two individuals have been charged for their alleged roles in burglarizing a residence in Hustisford.  Nicholas Lee of Pewaukee is facing two felony counts of Burglary of a Building or Dwelling and Kyle Malak of Beaver Dam is facing one felony count of Burglary as a Party to a Crime. On two separate occasions Lee allegedly entered the Lake Street property between December of 2016 and May of 2017. The home owner reported missing $500 cash, a T.V., $20 in change and $50 worth of rare coins from both incidents. During the May burglary, Lee was reportedly identified through security cameras that captured the break-in. Lee allegedly admitted to investigators that he committed the crimes. Malak was implicated on the security footage as well and also allegedly admitted that he served as “look-out” while Lee entered the home. If convicted, the 21-year-old Lee faces 25 years in prison. The 19-year-old Malak faces 12-and-a-half years in prison. Both are scheduled for their initial appearances in court later this month.
