(Berlin) The Berlin Police Department has arrested two people connected to a home robbery in September. Around 9:16pm on September 14th, authorities were dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Broadway Street. A resident was restrained by two suspects who displayed what was perceived to be a firearm. The suspects then fled with money and jewelry. Police say the suspects were later identified as 64-year-old Walter Lamacki and 39-year-old Angela Shepard. They say both admitted their involvement in the incident. The victim was reportedly targeted by the suspects. Charges have been referred to the district’s attorney’s office.
