Threat Made Against Beaver Dam High School Found To Be Without Cause

(Beaver Dam) Beaver Dam School District Superintendent Mark DiStefano says that a threat made against the high school has been found to be without cause. In an email sent out to parents and staff, DiStefano says there was a report made following Friday’s school day that a student intended on causing harm to the school next week. The high school administration and Beaver Dam Police Department investigated those concerns which led them to determine that there is no credible threat against the school community. DiStefano says the district will continue to be proactive with safety concerns so additional supervision and police presence has been coordinated for the last week of school.
