(Waupun) The Waupun Senior Center will play host to a program that teaches those in attendance how brain games can help enhance a person’s memory. The presentation, from SSM Health’s Fond du Lac Regional Clinic Family Medicine Physician Dr. Manish Sharda, will also share how those games can prevent or slow down the progression of dementia. Sharda specializes in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. He offers a full range of general family medicine, preventive health care, annual physicals, well-child checks and immunizations, women’s health, and care for acute and chronic illness and general medical concerns. He says games, like board games, are a great way to exercise the brain and improve memory. The Brain Games program is free and will be held on July 11th at 1pm.
