Emergency vehicles will display their lights but they will not use their sirens. Citizens are encouraged to line the streets with candles and American flags. The parade will begin on South Western Avenue along Dodgeland School and proceed along West Oak Grove Street/ State Highway 26 North to South Main Street near Kwik Trip, past the old Dodgeland School and Juneau City Cemetery to Cross Street, ending at the Juneau Fire Department. All area fire, EMS, police or emergency departments throughout Wisconsin are invited to attend. The city held a silent parade in the years after the 9-1-1 attacks and revived it again following the ten-year anniversary. Hot dogs and refreshments will be served at the Public Safety Building in the Fire Department following the parade.
