Shane Jason Hale was born on August 3, 1971 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison to Larry and Nancy (Wenzel) Hale. He attended school in Verona and graduated from UW-LaCrosse with a degree in Finance. On August 14, 1999, he was united in marriage with his soul mate Janine Stippich in Madison. He was employed with Dodgeland School District as a special education assistant.
Shane was an amazing Dad, husband, and friend. His kindness, generosity, compassion, and humor were a blessing to all who knew him. Shane’s greatest passions were caring for his family and the love of hunting, fishing, and sports. To those who loved him, he was known for whisking up a superb cocktail, playing a mean game of ping pong, and having expert form while doing the running man. His presence filled the world with joy and fun. Many hearts have been broken with his passing, but we know he is having the time of his life in Heaven.
Shane is survived by his wife, Janine, and daughters, Ashley and Clara, all at home in Beaver Dam; his mother, Nancy Hale of Madison; and brother, Brett (Shanna) Hale and children Cash, Jagger and Bennett of Madison; along with many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Larry in 2018.
