SEPTEMBER 27TH – CHOCOLATE MILK

Frozen Hot Chocolate

½ c. chocolate syrup

3 c. ice cubes

1 c. fat-free evaporated milk

½ tsp. vanilla extract

Garnish: reduced fat whipped topping and/or dark chocolate shavings

Combine chocolate syrup, milk, vanilla and ice cubes in blender until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and/or sprinkling of chocolate shavings, if desired. Mexican Hot Chocolate: add ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon. Peppermint Hot chocolate: Substitute ¼ tsp. mint extract for the vanilla.
