Wrestling
The WIAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament is in the books with a handful of area qualifiers ending up on the podium. Marshall’s Dylan Horstmeyer was the Division Three state runner-up at 170, losing by Fall at 2:49 to Brady Spaeth of Cadott. Markesan’s Bryce Friday ended up 3rd in the D3, 285 bracket while teammate Cole Slark was fourth in D3, 113. Pardeeville/Cambria-Friesland/Rio’s Jayden Price was 6th at D3, 113 while Horicon’s Brandon Zamorano was 6th at D3, 170.
