Rorie Jean Matuseski, age 63 of Beaver Dam, passed away at home on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Rorie was born in Beaver Dam on May 23, 1961, the daughter of Phillip and Audrey (Haslow) Sadowski. She was a 1979 graduate of Beaver Dam High School and worked at Richelieu Foods for 39 years. On September 20, 1980, she was united in marriage to Jerry Matuseski in Beaver Dam. Rorie took pride in her flowers and gardening and loved watching the birds. She was also an avid sewer. Rorie enjoyed traveling, especially out west, and cherished time spent with Jerry, especially going to car shows, craft fairs, and Cranberry Fest. She also enjoyed country music and attending concerts and music festivals. Her family was most important to her, and she loved and was devoted to her 2 boys and 3 grandchildren.
Rorie is survived by her husband, Jerry Matuseski; children, Jared (Stacy) Matuseski and Jordan (Ann) Matuseski; grandchildren, Madison, Adeline, and Oliver; mother, Audrey Sadowski; brother, Craig Sadowski; and lifelong friends, Terri Mahal and JoAnn Vogel. She is further survived by her in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Sadowski, and other relatives.
In honoring Rorie’s wishes, private family service will be held.
