(Reeseville) The chief of the Reeseville Fire Department made his initial appearance in court Monday on charges he fired a weapon while under the influence. Nicholas Gay is facing a misdemeanor charge of Operate a Firearm while Intoxicated. According to the criminal complaint, deputies were called out to a residence on Kohn Road during the early morning hours on March 15th. A caller reported hearing multiple gunshots coming from the home.
