Green (or Red) Grape Salad
4 lb. seedless green grapes*
½ c. white sugar
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 oz. chopped pecans
Wash and dry grapes. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar & vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Mix again. Refrigerate until ready to serve. *You can substitute red grapes for the green or do a combination of 2 lbs. each.
