Ramirez Has Prosecution Agreement Revoked

9/10/12 – A Waupun man will be sentenced again next month for the violent sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. Alezander A. Ramirez had a deferred prosecution agreement revoked on Friday. The 19-year-old was originally sentenced on reduced misdemeanor charges to a month in jail for the August 2010 assault. He would have had the felony dropped all together if he had stayed out of trouble but authorities say Ramirez continues to prey on young teenage girls. He was charged again last October, one week after being placed on deferred prosecution, for molesting a different underage girl who is even younger than his first victim. He was also convicted of engaging in sexual activity last December with another young teen victim and then found in a stolen car with three young girls.
