(Columbia County) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be hosting a public involvement meeting to discuss scheduled bridge deck replacement plans for WIS 22 at the WIS 16 interchange in Columbia County. The project includes structural upgrades to the girders, deck, and parapets as well as improve the clearance underneath the bridge. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2020 with WIS 22 being detoured during the duration of the project.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and provide input as well as ask questions about the project. WisDOT representatives will be on hand with information, and to address questions or concerns. The open house format meeting will take place from 5pm till 6 on Tuesday, October 8th at the Wyocena Community Center at 165 E. Dodge Street.
