“We played well tonight for not playing for a week. We created several opportunities throughout the game which was good to see. We kept their goalkeeper busy and missed several very good opportunities. Everyone stayed positive and worked hard as a team all night. The defense played well again tonight and continue to improve as a unit. They will be tested as a group on Saturday as we face Monona Grove. As long as we stay focused and continue to work hard, they will be very competitive.” – Golden Beaver Coach Dave Elgersma

“This was the best we’ve played all year tonight, just very steady and in control . It just really shows what they are capable of. Our defense was so solid across the board, which always sparks our offense. Payton had a great game once again for us with 14 digs, 2 aces, and 40 assists. Super fun night for the kids! “ – Gosling Coach Erin Steuerwald

CWC 2 Parkview 0

CWC 2 Markesan 0

“The Crusaders took their season record to 14-2 tonight with a win over parkview and Markesan.  I thought we played one of our cleanest and best matches of the year against Markesan.  It was fun to see what we can do when we can connect serve receive, defense, and a well-connected attack.  We Travel to Hilbert on on Saturday for an 8 team tournament.” – Crusader Coach Dan Ten Napel
