Plea Deal Revoked, Prison Sentence Handed Down To Hustisford Burglar

(Hustisford) A Pewaukee man was resentenced Wednesday for his role in burglarizing a residence in Hustisford. In 2018, Nicholas Lee was sentenced to 60 days in jail with work release privileges after pleading guilty to one felony of Burglary. The 23-year-old was also placed on three years’ probation. During a revocation hearing yesterday, Lee was sentenced to two years in prison as well as placed on four years of extended supervision. On two separate occasions Lee entered the Lake Street property between December of 2016 and May of 2017. The home owner reported missing $500 cash, a TV, $20 in change and $50 worth of rare coins from both incidents. During the May burglary, Lee was identified through security cameras that captured the break-in. Lee admitted to investigators that he committed the crimes. Twenty-two-year-old Kyle Malak, who was placed on probation for two years for his role, was implicated on the security footage as well and also admitted that he served as “look-out” while Lee entered the home.
